Introduction
The Homeschooled application (including all related documentation and all content and services provided thereon, collectively, the "Application") is owned and provided by It's Shiny, LLCv ("Company", "we", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the "Policy").

This Policy describes:

• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the Application.
• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies only to information we collect in the Application and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Application

This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other Company applications or websites, including websites you may access through the Application.
• You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).

Our websites and other applications, and those of third parties, have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Binding Policy
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use the Application. By downloading, registering with, or using the Application, you agree to this Policy.

Revisions and Updates to Policy
We reserve the right revise and update this Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will provide you with notice by posting a notice on the Application, by sending you an email, or by any other means we reasonably deem appropriate. All changes are effective immediately when we post, send, or otherwise transmit notice thereof, and apply to all access to and use of the Application thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set out in the Governing Law and Arbitration sections below will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice before the date the change is posted, sent, or otherwise transmitted. Your continued use of the Application following such notice means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised or updated Policy, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Application and delete it from all of your Devices.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at support@blebrity.com.

If you are under the age of 13 or if you are a minor over the age of 13 and your legal guardian has not granted you permission to use the Application and agreed to our Terms of Use ("TOU") and this Policy, you are not permitted to use the Application.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information from and about users of our Application:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us; and
• Automatically when you use the Application.
  
  Information You Provide to Us
  When you download, register with, or use the Application, we may ask you provide information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information"). The information we collect that you provide directly to us on or through the Application may include:
  
  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Application. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Application.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence if you contact us, including without limitation to provide us with feedback or to report issues with the Application.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through the Application and of the fulfillment of your orders.
  
  Automatic Information Collection
  When you download, access, and use the Application, it may use technology to automatically collect:
  
  • Usage Details. When you access and use the Application, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Application, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Application.
  • Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number. If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the Application or delete it from your device.
  
  Information Collection and Tracking Technologies
  We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies.

Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the Application, certain third parties may use automatic or other information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

• Your mobile device manufacturer.
• Your mobile service provider.
• Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
• Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Application. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, applications, or other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

The Application may also contain links to other sites or applications, including, for example, social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc. We provide these links to you as a convenient method of accessing information that may be useful or of interest to you. This Policy and any other practices or policies of the Company do not apply to the websites of any third party. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on any third-party website or application or for the privacy practices or security standards used by third parties on their respective websites or applications. You understand and agree that by clicking on a link to any third party's website or application, you have left the Application, and this Policy will not apply to any activity outside of the Application. Without limitation, such third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies, they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and applications, and they may use personal information they collect from or about you to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. You are responsible for reading all third parties' privacy policies and understanding their policies and practices.

How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

• Provide you with the Application, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• Give you notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices.
• Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• Notify you when updates are available to the Application, and of changes to the Application or any products or services we offer or provide though it.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve the Application and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
• Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Application according to your individual interests.
• Speed up your searches.
• Recognize you when you use the Application.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to send you marketing emails, please click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us or contact us at support@blebrity.com.

Disclosure of Your Information to Others
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
• To one or more actual or potential buyers or other successors in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about Application users is among the assets transferred.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to use an "invite a friend" or similar feature of the Application, we will transmit the contents of that email and your email address to the recipients.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.
• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Application TOU, and for billing and collection.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know that we do not sell data triggering Nevada's opt-out requirements.

Data Security

We take commercially reasonable steps to help protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, or disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile devices is not completely secure. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to or through the Application. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

Account Deactivation or Deletion

You may delete your account for the Application by selecting this option in Settings. When you request deletion, we will promptly delete your account and your personal information. In doing so, you will lose access to any data associated with your account, including any Virtual Goods (as defined in the TOU) previously purchased by you.

However, we may not accommodate a request to delete information if we believe the deletion would violate any contractual, regulatory, or legal requirement, or for any other reason, except as prohibited by applicable law. If we do not delete your information for any of these reasons, we will deactivate your account and archive all associated information, but you will no longer have any access to any such data.

In the process of account deletion, some or all of your User Content (as defined in the TOU) will remain on the Application; however, such User Content will no longer be associated with your account information but will be shown as "Anonymous User".
